Common use of Current Issuer Secured Creditors Clause in Contracts

Current Issuer Secured Creditors. Each Current Issuer Secured Creditor shall be bound by the provisions of this Current Issuer Deed of Charge as if it contained covenants by each Current Issuer Secured Creditor in favour of the Note Trustee and every other Current Issuer Secured Creditor to observe and be bound by all the provisions of this Current Issuer Deed of Charge expressed to apply to the Current Issuer Secured Creditors.
