Current Employees. Current employees who are not employed as bus 22 operators in the Transportation Department may be transferred to the 23 Transportation Department without serving as a substitute, if they meet all other 24 eligibility requirements and a vacancy exists. An eligible transferred employee’s 25 seniority date shall be the date of the personnel action form (PAF) which reflects 26 the Transportation Department’s recommendation for transfer to the 27 Superintendent.
