Common use of Current Designees Clause in Contracts

Current Designees. For the purpose of this Agreement, the current directors of the Company shall be deemed to be the following Designees: (i) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be deemed to be the Series F Designee; (ii) ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇. shall be deemed to be the Series D Designee; (iii) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be deemed to be the Series C Designees, (iv) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be deemed to be the Series B Designee, (v) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be deemed to be the First Issued Preferred Designee, (vi) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be deemed to be the CEO Designee and (vii) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇., Senator ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, M.D. and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be deemed to be the Mutual Designees.”
