Current CSP Bargaining. Unit employees who have completed the CSP college class at LCC will have two years starting May 16, 1996 to become NICHSPDP certified or return to CSP Aide classification and pay rate. CSP Techs who allow their NICHSPSP certification to expire will also return to the CSP Aide classification.
