Current Compensation. “Current Compensation” shall mean an amount equal to the greater of (i) Employee’s Base Compensation earned in the fiscal year preceding the fiscal year of Employee’s termination; or (ii) Employee’s Base Compensation for the fiscal year of Employee’s termination, including 100% of any bonus which the Employee could have earned during such fiscal year, assuming the achievement of all relevant Employee and Company goals, milestones and performance criteria.
