Current Bylaws Sample Clauses

Current Bylaws. Until amended by the Board of Trustees of the Regional Library in the manner provided for by subparagraph D of paragraph 4 of this Agreement, the Bylaws of the Regional Library and its Board of Trustees shall be those Bylaws, dated effective January 1, 2018, which are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit 1 and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference as though fully set forth herein verbatim.
