Current AFC System Sample Clauses

The 'Current AFC System' clause defines the existing Automated Fare Collection (AFC) system in use at the time of the agreement. It typically outlines the specific hardware, software, and operational processes that make up the fare collection infrastructure, such as ticket vending machines, card readers, and backend processing systems. By clearly identifying the baseline system, this clause ensures that all parties have a shared understanding of the technology and processes in place, which is essential for planning upgrades, maintenance, or integration with new systems.
