Currency variations Clause Samples
A currency variations clause defines how changes in currency exchange rates are managed within a contract. Typically, it specifies which party bears the risk of fluctuations in exchange rates when payments are made in a foreign currency, and may outline procedures for adjusting payment amounts if significant currency shifts occur. This clause ensures that both parties understand their financial exposure and responsibilities, thereby reducing disputes and uncertainty related to currency value changes during the contract term.
Currency variations. All rental transactions are in Australian dollars. If the need should arise for a refund, it will be applied in Australian dollars. Campervan Village accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations, positive or negative.
