Common use of Currency; Payment Method Clause in Contracts

Currency; Payment Method. All payments under this Agreement are expressed in U.S. Dollars and will be paid in U.S. Dollars, in immediately available funds by wire transfer or Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment to the bank account designated in Schedule 9.15 by the Party receiving such payments (which account such Party may update from time to time in writing). Unless stated otherwise in this Agreement, each Party will pay the undisputed amounts of each invoice received from the other Party within [***] days following receipt of such invoice.
