Common use of Cure Defects Clause in Contracts

Cure Defects. Promptly cure or cause to be cured any defects in the execution and delivery of any of the Credit Documents or any defects in the validity or enforceability of any of the Security and at its expense, execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered, all such agreements, instruments and other documents as the Administrative Agent may consider necessary or desirable for the foregoing purposes.

Cure Defects. Promptly cure or cause to be cured any material defects in the execution and delivery of any of the Credit Documents or any of the other agreements, instruments or documents required to be executed and/or delivered pursuant thereto or any material defects in the validity or enforceability of any of the Security and Credit Documents and, at its expense, execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered, delivered all such agreements, instruments and other documents as the Administrative Agent Agent, acting reasonably, may consider necessary or desirable for the foregoing purposes..
