Common use of Cure Defects Clause in Contracts

Cure Defects. Promptly cure or cause to be cured any defects in the execution and delivery of any of the Security Documents or any of the other agreements, instruments or documents contemplated thereby or executed pursuant thereto or any defects in the validity or enforceability of any of the Security Documents and, at its expense, execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered all such agreements, instruments and other documents as the Holder may consider necessary or desirable for the foregoing purposes.

Cure Defects. Promptly cure or cause to be cured any material defects in the execution and delivery of any of the Security Credit Documents or any of the other agreements, instruments or documents contemplated thereby or required to be executed and/or delivered pursuant thereto or any material defects in the validity or enforceability of any of the Security Credit Documents and, at its expense, execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered all such agreements, instruments and other documents as the Holder Administrative Agent, acting reasonably, may consider necessary or desirable for the foregoing purposes.

Cure Defects. Promptly upon having knowledge thereof, cure or cause to be cured any defects in the execution and delivery of any of the Security Loan Documents or any of the other agreements, instruments or documents contemplated thereby or executed pursuant thereto or any defects in the validity or enforceability of any of the Security Loan Documents and, at its expense, and execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered all such agreements, instruments and other documents as the Holder Agent may consider reasonably necessary or desirable for the foregoing purposes.

Promptly cure or cause to be cured any defects in the execution and delivery of any of the Security Loan Documents or any of the other agreements, instruments or documents contemplated thereby or executed pursuant thereto or any defects in the validity or enforceability of any of the Security Loan Documents and, at its expense, execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered all such agreements, instruments and other documents as the Holder Lender may consider necessary or desirable for the foregoing purposes.

Cure Defects. Promptly cure or cause to be cured any defects in the execution and delivery of any of the Security Loan Documents or any of the other agreements, instruments or documents contemplated thereby or executed pursuant thereto or any defects in the validity or enforceability of any of the Security Loan Documents and, at its expense, and execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered all such agreements, instruments and other documents as the Holder Administrative Agent may consider necessary or desirable for the foregoing purposes.
