Common use of Cumulative Voting Clause in Contracts

Cumulative Voting. Company's Articles of Incorporation shall be amended to provide that as long as AAHA owns 80% of the Shares and PVPL owns 20% of the Shares, AAHA will be entitled to appoint six (6) members of the Board of Directors and PVPL will be entitled to appoint ONE (1) member of the Board of Directors, all as described in Section 10 of the Shareholders Agreement.
