Cumulative Security Sample Clauses
The Cumulative Security clause establishes that any security interests or protections provided under the agreement are in addition to, and do not replace, any other security rights the party may have. In practice, this means that if a party is granted a security interest in certain assets under the contract, this right is cumulative with any other security interests they may hold, whether from previous agreements or by law. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the beneficiary retains all available security protections, thereby maximizing their ability to recover or enforce obligations if the other party defaults.
