The terms and conditions of Article 8 10 (other than Section 10.8) hereof are inserted for the sole benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders; the same may be waived in whole or in part, with or without terms or conditions, in respect of any Borrowing Loan without prejudicing the Administrative Agent’s 's or the Lenders’ ' rights to assert them in whole or in part in respect of any other BorrowingLoan.
