Cumulative Liability Cap. Subject to Section 12.5, SecurMed UK’s maximum cumulative aggregate liability to all End Users, on a collective basis, arising out of or in connection with the UKMVS for claims, demands, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) expenses, losses, liabilities and damages, howsoever arising or caused, whether arising out of or in connection with a contractual breach, tort (including negligence and gross negligence), breach of statutory duty, hidden or latent defect, or otherwise, regardless of whether the damages were foreseeable shall in no event exceed £2,000,000 in aggregate for all claims.
