Common use of Cumulative Effect Clause in Contracts

Cumulative Effect. The rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall be cumulative to and not exclusive of the rights and obligations of the parties contained in the Separation Agreement; provided that the remedies provided in this Agreement shall not be cumulative with any duplicative remedies available pursuant to the Separation Agreement.
