Cultivation Event(s) Clause Samples
Cultivation Event(s). All rehearsals where an audience is in attendance for fundraising and / or cultivation event shall occur during the defined rehearsal span as specified in subparagraph j below. Any Artist who is required to dance in a fundraising and / or cultivation event and / or rehearsal scheduled outside of the defined rehearsal schedule in subparagraph j below shall be paid the hourly Overtime Rate in one-half (1/2) hour increments.
Cultivation Event(s). Cultivation events shall not be covered by this agreement. A Cultivation Event is defined as an activity for the purpose of conveying the art form of opera for fundraising in which the ARTIST participates. Cultivation Events do not include the performance elements of sets or costumes.
