Cube. Cube of a Product is the length of the Product times its width times its height, including the case packaging material. Cube does not include the dimensions of the pallet, wrap, foil, banding or other material not part of the individual case.
Cube. Cube has made available to Razorfish prior to the execution of this Agreement complete and correct copies of its certificate of incorporation and by-laws, as amended to date.
