Common use of Cuba Act Clause in Contracts

Cuba Act. In accordance with the Cuba Act and without limitation to the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 hereof, the Operating Partnership agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Underwriters from and against any and all loss, liability, claim, damage and expense whatsoever (including fees and disbursements of counsel), as incurred, arising out of any violation by the Operating Partnership of the Cuba Act.
