Common use of CST Clause in Contracts

CST. If at any time Cargill withholds payments to Producer or Producer provides alternative security to Cargill in accordance with the immediately preceding sentence and, on any date thereafter, the Net Aggregate Exposure is zero or negative, then Cargill shall, within two (2) Business Days of Cargill’s receipt of Producer’s written notice that the Net Aggregate Exposure is zero or negative if such written notice is received by 10:00 a.m. CST or within three (3) Business Days of Cargill’s receipt of Producer’s written notice that the Net Aggregate Exposure is zero or negative if such written notice is received after 10:00 a.m. CST, return any such alternative security to Producer or pay to Producer any such payments withheld to the extent such return of security or payment of withheld payments will not cause the Net Aggregate Exposure to be positive.
