CSI Web Site Program. The parties will use good faith, diligent efforts to roll out a program, in accordance with the terms of the executed Addendum covering such program, under which FDMS will provide Fulfillment Services for Merchant Offers presented at the CSI Web Site (the "CSI Web Site Program"), no later than September 30, 2000.
