Common use of CRS Usage Commitment Clause in Contracts

CRS Usage Commitment. During the Term of this Agreement, WORLDSPAN agrees to provide the same or comparable significant functionality tools and features (such as a ticketless functionality) as other computer reservation systems. So long as WORLDSPAN complies with the foregoing, EI agrees that it will maintain during the Term of this Agreement, on a [*] basis, no less than [*] CRS booking share from Expedia on the WORLDSPAN System (“Minimum Commitment”).
