– CRS Activity Comparison. The Consultant will compare the current CRS (2013) activities and point system (checklist) to the list of City activities and points compiled in the task above. Each current activity will be evaluated to determine the extent to which each is being implemented and its CRS benefit. A list of activity improvements and additional flood management activities will be compiled which address the City’s susceptibility to flood hazards most effectively and efficiently. Deliverable: • Technical Memorandum that includes the detailed CRS activity evaluation and recommendations for an improved Floodplain Management Program.
