CRP Tracks Sample Clauses
The "CRP Tracks" clause establishes specific pathways or categories for handling certain processes or issues within a contract, typically related to dispute resolution, project management, or compliance procedures. In practice, this clause might delineate different tracks based on the complexity or value of a claim, assigning each to a corresponding set of rules, timelines, or decision-makers. CRP Tracks. The Hospital shall participate in at least one CRP Track during each Performance Period. The Hospital shall engage one or more Care Partners to perform Allowable CRP Interventions. Failure to participate in at least one CRP Track during a Performance Period will result in termination of this Agreement.
