CRP Calendar Clause Samples

The CRP Calendar clause establishes a specific schedule or timeline for the Critical Review Process (CRP) within an agreement. It typically outlines key dates, deadlines, and milestones that parties must adhere to during the review process, such as submission deadlines, review periods, and response windows. By clearly defining these timeframes, the clause ensures that all parties are aware of their obligations and helps prevent delays or misunderstandings, thereby promoting efficient and orderly progress throughout the review process.
