Crown Royalties. For greater certainty, the NPI Holder shall not be obligated to reimburse to the Grantor any amounts with respect to Crown Royalties incurred by the Grantor. It is the intentions of both the NPI Holder and the Grantor that the NPI is a “resource royalty” for taxation purposes.
