Common use of CrowdStrike Tools Clause in Contracts

CrowdStrike Tools. If CrowdStrike provides CrowdStrike Tools to Customer pursuant to performing Professional Services, the license set forth in the Section entitled Access & Use Rights applies to such CrowdStrike Tools as used solely for Customer’s Internal Use during the period of time set forth in the applicable Order, or if none is specified, for the period authorized by CrowdStrike. Not all Professional Services engagements will involve the use of CrowdStrike Tools.
