Crowd Management. Each secondary school will develop a plan to monitor crowd behavior at all home events. The goal of the plan will be to promote good sportsmanship and positive interaction. ● Each head coach will have a copy of the crowd control plan made available to him or her electronically prior to the start of their season. The hired event supervisor will inform the coach they are present prior to the contest. ● During their last quarterly meeting of the school year the Association President and the Superintendent or designee will discuss modifications to the crowd control plans and make recommendations to the building athletic directors.
