CROSS SELL Clause Samples
The Cross Sell clause authorizes one party to offer or promote additional products or services to customers who are already purchasing a primary product or service under the agreement. In practice, this clause may allow a vendor to market related software, accessories, or support packages to the same client base, often leveraging existing customer relationships established through the main contract. Its core function is to facilitate expanded business opportunities and revenue streams by enabling targeted marketing and sales efforts beyond the original scope of the agreement.
