CROSS-COLLATERALIZATION; LIMITATIONS Sample Clauses

CROSS-COLLATERALIZATION; LIMITATIONS. All present and future Collateral securing the Obligations of Seller under this Agreement and the other Purchase Documents shall also secure all obligations of Seller, as borrower, to KBK under the Loan Documents. Any and all collateral heretofore or at any time hereafter granted by Seller to KBK as security for Seller's Obligations, as borrower, under the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall also secure all Obligations of Seller under this Agreement and the other Purchase Documents. All Collateral shall be subject to the rules on preferential application of proceeds of Collateral set forth in Section 2.H of the Loan Agreement.
