Cross Agreements. Tenant is entering into this Lease simultaneously with Tenant entering into a similar Lease of Tenant with Big Boulder Corporation an affiliate of Landlord. Any default by Tenant of any of its obligations under its Lease with Big Boulder Corporation shall constitute and be a default of the terms of this Lease with Landlord.

Any default by Tenant of any of its obligations under its Lease with Blue Ridge Real Estate Company shall constitute and be a default of the terms of this Lease with Landlord.
