Common use of Cross Aged Accounts Clause in Contracts

Cross Aged Accounts. such Account is the obligation of an Account debtor if fifty percent (50%) or more of the Dollar amount of all Accounts owing by that Account debtor are ineligible under the other criteria set forth in this definition;

Cross Aged Accounts. such Account is Accounts that are the obligation obligations of an Account debtor Debtor if fifty percent (50%) or more of the Dollar amount or Canadian Dollar amount, as applicable, of all Accounts owing by that Account debtor Debtor are ineligible under the other criteria set forth in this definition;subsections 1.13(a) and (f).
