Common use of Critical Path Clause in Contracts

Critical Path. a. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the project Schedule shall include a Critical Path Method (CPM) diagram schedule showing the sequence of activities, the interdependence of each activity and identifies the Critical Path. b. The CPM diagram schedule shall be in Calendar Days and indicate duration, earliest and latest start and finish dates for all activities, and total Float Time for all activities except critical activities. The CPM diagram shall be presented in a time scaled graphical format for the Project as a whole.
