Common use of Crime Clause in Contracts

Crime. Except for the Transition Insurance, Ski Holdings will have no responsibility for arranging to provide to the Company any other form of insurance coverage, including directors and officers liability insurance, employment practices liability insurance, fiduciary liability insurance, workman compensation or other ▇▇▇▇▇ of insurance. The Company will promptly reimburse Ski Holdings for its allocable share of all premium costs of the Transition Insurance, as reflected on Schedule 1. The Company will pay all actual uncovered claims, excess losses, deductibles and other costs applicable to the Transition Insurance for any incidents applicable to its business and operations, as well as any taxes or administrative expenses associated with the Transition Insurance.
