Creditor’s Interest in Company. No creditor of the Company (including a creditor who makes a loan to the Company or a creditor who provides goods or services to the Company) shall have or acquire, at any time as a result of making the loan or providing the goods and services, any direct or indirect interest in the profits, capital or property of the Company other than as a creditor.
