Common use of Creditor Reports Clause in Contracts

Creditor Reports. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished to (i) any holder of Debt of any Loan Party or of any of its Subsidiaries on or after the Closing Date pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and (ii) RUS in connection with the RUS Grant and Security Agreement, and, in each case, not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lender Parties pursuant to any other clause of this Section 5.03.

Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished to (i) any holder of Debt of any Loan Party or of any of its Subsidiaries on or after the Closing Initial Funding Date pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and (ii) RUS in connection with the RUS Grant and Security Agreement, and, in each case, not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lender Parties pursuant to any other clause of this Section 5.03.
