Credited Hour. (a) For the period prior to the Effective Date, the term “Credited Hour” shall mean a “Credited Hour” determined under the provisions of the Old Plan that was still credited to a Participant on the Effective Date.
Credited Hour. (a) For a Participant who on December 22, 1979, was not a Break in Service Participant and for the period prior to the Effective Date, the term “Credited Hour” shall mean a Credited Hour determined under the provisions of the Pension Plan that was still credited to such Participant on the Effective Date.
