CREDIT TO SELLER. FOR BUYER'S TOTAL SHARE OF APPROVED NEW LEASE COSTS. At the Close of Escrow, Seller shall receive a credit and Buyer shall be charged for Buyer's Total Share of Approved New Lease Costs.
