Common use of Credit Ratings Clause in Contracts

Credit Ratings. The Borrowers shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a corporate credit rating from S&P and a corporate family rating from Xxxxx’x, in each case, with respect to Lead Borrower, and a credit rating from S&P and Xxxxx’x with respect to the Indebtedness incurred pursuant to this Agreement, in all cases, but not a specific rating.

Credit Ratings. The Borrowers Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a corporate credit rating from S&P and a corporate family rating from Xxxxx’x, in each case, with respect to Lead the Borrower, and a credit rating from S&P and Xxxxx’x with respect to the Indebtedness incurred pursuant to this Agreement, in all cases, but not a specific rating.

Credit Ratings. Credit Ratings. The Borrowers Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain (i)(x) a corporate family rating from Xxxxx’x and (y) a corporate credit rating from S&P and a corporate family rating from Xxxxx’xand/or Fitch, in each case, with respect to Lead the Borrower, and (y)(i) a credit rating from Xxxxx’x and (y) a credit rating from S&P and Xxxxx’x and/or Fitch, in each case, with respect to the Indebtedness Initial Term Loans incurred pursuant to this Agreement, in all cases, but not a specific rating.

Credit Ratings. The Borrowers shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a corporate credit rating from S&P and a corporate family rating from Xxxxx’xMoody’s, in each case, with respect to Lead Borrower, and a credit rating from S&P and Xxxxx’x Moody’s with respect to the Indebtedness incurred pursuant to this Agreement, in all cases, but not a specific rating.

Credit Ratings. The Borrowers shall will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the credit facilities made available under this Agreement to be continuously rated by S&P and Xxxxx’x, and to maintain a corporate credit rating from S&P and a corporate family rating from Xxxxx’xXxxxx’x (but, in each case, with respect to Lead Borrower, and a credit rating from S&P and Xxxxx’x with respect to the Indebtedness incurred pursuant to this Agreement, in all cases, but not a specific rating), in each case in respect of each Borrower.

The Borrowers Holdings shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a corporate credit rating from S&P and a corporate family rating from Xxxxx’x, in each case, with respect to Lead BorrowerHoldings, and a credit rating from S&P and Xxxxx’x with respect to the Indebtedness Term B-12 Loans incurred pursuant to this Agreement, in all cases, but not a specific rating.
