Credit for Pre Sample Clauses

Credit for Pre. Opening Date Rent Payments For the balance of any month in which the Opening Date occurred on a day other than the first day of such month, Tenant may offset against Rent payable hereunder for any month in which the Opening Date occurs a prorated portion of the Pre-Opening Date Rent paid for such month, if any, by Tenant to Landlord pursuant to Section 4.9.2 of this Lease.
