Credit Documentation. Satisfactory completion of a college class must be documented with a college grade report, college transcript, or the form provided in Appendix G of this Agreement.
Credit Documentation. Schedules and Exhibits to this Agreement shall be completed prior to the Initial Borrowing Date in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Lender shall have received a counterpart of this Agreement, the Security Documents, the Guaranty and the other Credit Documents, each properly executed by a Responsible Officer of the Credit Party or Credit Parties that are party thereto and in the case of the Security Agreement or the Spare Parts Security Agreement, the Security Trustee.
