Common use of Credit Agreement and Mexicana Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Credit Agreement and Mexicana Credit Agreement. Prudential and each holder of a Note shall have received an executed copy of an amendment to each of the Credit Agreement and the Mexicana Credit Agreement in form and substance consistent with the terms set forth herein and satisfactory to Prudential and the Required Holders.
