Credential Bonus. Faculty who complete doctorate degrees on or after July 1, 2011 will receive an increase to their base salary in the amount of $2,000 upon receipt of an official transcript confirming that the degree has been awarded. This salary increase will be effective as of the beginning of the next pay period following receipt of the official transcript.
