Creation Units. The Shares of any Fund may be purchased or redeemed only in aggregations of a specified number of Shares, as stated in the Prospectus, referred to herein as a “Creation Unit”. The Participant is hereby authorized to purchase and redeem Creation Units of any Fund listed in the Prospectus except for those Funds set forth in Annex I, which may be revised by the Trust from time to time.
