Creation Orders—Foreign Securities. Deposit Securities, when applicable, must be delivered to an account maintained at the applicable local sub-custodian of the Trust on or before 11:00 a.m., New York time, on the Contractual Settlement Date (defined below). Participant must also make available on or before the Contractual Settlement Date, by means mutually agreed upon by the Trust and the Participant, immediately available or same day funds estimated by the Trust to be sufficient to pay the Cash Component next determined after acceptance of an order, together with the applicable Transaction Fee, if any.
