Creation of Liens: Other Indebtedness. (A) Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Trust shall not issue any bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness, other than the Bonds, or enter into any Qualified Hedge Agreement, secured by a pledge of or other lien on the Trust Estate held or set aside by the Trust or by the Master Trustee under this Trust Agreement, and shall not otherwise create or cause to be created any lien or charge on such Trust Estate.
