CPPL entitlement a. The CPPL entitlement is funded by the Company and it can be accessed by full-time or part-time permanent employees, who have completed 12 months’ continuous service with the Company, immediately before the expected date of birth or placement of the child(ren). b. Primary Carer employees (i.e. a person who immediately after birth or the placement of adopted child(▇▇▇) assumes the principal role of providing care and attention to the child(ren) for an extended period of time during work hours), who meet the eligibility criteria set out above, are entitled to the following: c. Eligible employees, who do not assume the primary carer role are entitled to one week’s paid non-primary carer parental leave. This leave entitlement is paid at the employee’s Ordinary Rate of Pay or their averaged pay rostered rate for the shift, based on their ordinary hours of work and paid during the regular pay run. d. Employees who are on CPPL cannot access other forms of paid leave or payment for public holidays.
