CPI Statements. Within 45 days after the end of each quarterly fiscal period of the Parent, a statement setting forth the Collateral Performance Indicator as of the end of such fiscal quarter specifying in reasonable detail as calculated on the CPI Statement, and certified by a Responsible Officer of the Parent.
