Common use of CP Security Guidelines Clause in Contracts

CP Security Guidelines. (i) On the date hereof, a list of each corporation, partnership, estate or trust (an “Affiliate List”) with respect to each of Agilent, World Trade and Cayco meeting the criteria set forth in Sections 2(h) and (i) of the Investment Management Guidelines; and (ii) within fifteen (15) Business Days after the close of each of Agilent’s fiscal quarters, an updated Affiliate List.
