CP Completion Date Sample Clauses
CP Completion Date. The CP shall be concluded by December 15, 2014 (CP Completion Date). A final report certifying the completion of the CP shall be provided to the Regional Water Board and the State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Financial Assistance by December 15, 2014, as described in paragraph 15.
CP Completion Date. The City agrees that it bears ultimate responsibility for completing the CP in accordance with the schedule set forth in Attachment B, including expenditure of the full CP Amount and the completion of the CP no later than June 26, 2024. This date will be referred to as the CP Completion Date.
